My coaching philosophy (approach) draws on a combination of over 30 years of personal experience in professional services and industry plus professional (academic) content (from the London School of Economics & Political Science and Henley Business School) including psychology-based coaching tools and organisational change techniques. I am particularly interested in supporting leaders with the transition to 21st-century business models and the adoption of new digital ways of working.
